The stage is being set for one of the biggest launches of the year on August 9. Samsung will be unveiling their flagship for the year, the Galaxy Note 9 in an Unpacked Event on the said date. Although we are assured on the Note 9 launch, it’s unclear if Samsung plans to launch any other device or updates on August 9th.
The Note 9 won’t change much in terms of design, although slightly rectangular might be inherited from the previous Note. Snapdragon 845 will be the beating heart of the device coupled with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, speculations indicating that these 8GB variants will be available in only a few markets.
For storage, Note 9 will go as high as 512GB starting from 128GB. Note 9 won’t disappoint in photography as the newly improved variable aperture dual cameras will take on that task. These cameras will be placed horizontally with a fingerprint sensor below it. Samsung Note 9 price in Australia will hover around $1000 Australian dollar, coming in at a premium.
We will keep you posted regarding any carrier deals, though some carriers are offering it as low 35%.
