Samsung is reportedly planning to launch its first ever premium 5G smartphone – Galaxy S10 at MWC event 2019 in February. The 2019 flagship smartphone will be available in two versions – 4G and 5G network access. Sources also confirmed that only a limited number of 5G versions will be available in the market due to nascent-state of 5G networks across the globe. The pre-order of the S10 will start in February 2019 itself and will be available to the customers at the end of the same month.
Apart from this, Samsung plans to launch Galaxy S10 in three variants – Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Pro. The common features of these phones will come up with Snapdragon 855, Exynos 9820 CPU, NFC and Side fingerprint sensor, Iris scanner.
Galaxy S10 Lite will feature 12 Megapixel Dual-lens camera, 50mm and 28mm lens with f/1.7 aperture and OIS, S10 Pro and S10 variants will feature 16 Megapixel Dual-lens camera, 50mm and 28mm lens with f/1.7 aperture and OIS.Samsung Galaxy S10 will be available in black, pure white, green, silver, red and pink color.
The price of the Galaxy S10 will be $950 USD, for S10 Lite the phone will fetch around $900 and for premium S10 Pro the expected price will go up to $1100 USD. Release date of Galaxy S10 will be February 2019.
